Resolve natural language medical/scientific terms to their canonical MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) descriptors. ONLY use this when the user explicitly requests MeSH-based searching, MeSH major topics, or precise controlled vocabulary. Do NOT use this for general/exploratory searches — use searchPubmed with the query parameter directly instead. For example, 'statins' resolves to 'Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA Reductase Inhibitors', 'chronic kidney disease' resolves to 'Renal Insufficiency, Chronic'. Returns the canonical heading, scope note, and synonyms for each term.
