Resolve a location or a classification tag name into the Dealroom IDs required by searchCompanies and getEcosystemTimeseries (e.g. France -> 433, Fintech -> industry 126403, SaaS -> business model 83608). Without a family, tags are ranked the way Dealroom analysts pick them: typed families (business model, industry, technology...) before the flat, often near-empty `sector` tags. A broad vertical (fintech, robotics, health) should use the industry ID; a '<X> tech' sector tag is usually tiny. 'Europe' resolves to both a region (incl. Türkiye) and a continent: state which one you use.
