Applies Dealroom analysts' defaults so figures match Dealroom publications: VC funding = venture rounds only (no debt, grants), Mature and Outside Tech excluded, attributed by HQ; valuation / unicorn metrics exclude Mature, Outside Tech and pre-1990 companies and attribute by HQ or founding location. Resolve IDs with resolveDealroomFilterValues. The current year is partial.
