Resolve a drug name to its RxNorm Concept Unique Identifier (RxCUI). Tries exact match first, then a diacritic-normalized lookup, then an approximate-match fallback so French/non-English INNs still resolve. Use the returned rxcuis with getAllRelatedConcepts, getConceptProperties, or getRelatedByType.
